Return Policy
We have a 14-day damaged/defective item policy. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at nisaecollective@gmail.com with photographic proof of the damage or defect. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund. All other returns are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are not defective or damaged.
How to Start a Claim To be eligible, your claim must include a photo clearly showing the damage or defect, along with your receipt or proof of purchase. To submit a claim, email us at nisaecollective@gmail.com. If your claim is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send the item back. The item must be returned to us before a refund is issued. Items sent back without first submitting a claim and receiving approval will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept claims on sale items or gift cards under any circumstances.
Refunds Once we've received and inspected the returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the original shipping fee. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at nisaecollective@gmail.com.
