Thank you for shopping with The Label Nisaa. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates We offer free shipping on all orders over $200 USD. Orders below $200 USD will be charged a shipping fee, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Only At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future and appreciate your patience and support.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number via USPS so you can follow your package every step of the way. All orders are shipped through USPS. If you have any trouble tracking your order, feel free to reach out to us at nisaecollective@gmail.com.

Lost or Delayed Shipments The Label Nisaa is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control. If your package appears to be lost, please contact us at nisaecollective@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
